An eSIM can usually be installed only once, so we tell you before you tap.
On the phone that's travelling
Open your order on that phone and tap Install. The phone's own eSIM setup takes it from there. iPhone needs iOS 17.4 or later; Android needs Android 10 or later with Google services.
For someone else's phone
Choose “for another phone” at checkout. You get a QR code and an activation code to scan or type in on their phone, and a link you can send them.

Questions
Does my phone support eSIM?
Many recent iPhones and Android phones do, and the phone must also not be locked to a carrier. To check on iPhone, open Settings, then Mobile Service, and look for Add eSIM. On Android, open Settings, then Network & internet, then SIMs, and look for an option to add an eSIM.
Do I keep my own number?
Yes. Your usual SIM stays where it is and the eSIM adds data alongside it. On most phones you choose which line uses data. Calls and texts to your own number are charged by your own carrier.
When does my plan start?
Each plan says when it starts before you pay. Install it before you leave, so it's ready when you land.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Choose “for another phone” at checkout and you'll get a QR code and an activation code to install on their phone.
What if I can't install it?
If the eSIM hasn't been installed or activated, you get a full refund on request.
Is this a live store?
Not yet. This is a working prototype: the plans, prices and coverage are demonstration data, and nothing is charged.
